* On-boarding fees apply to sites that were not built by 7th Circle Designs. All sites must be stable and current before they are eligible for a care plan. (1) Updates made when available barring any conflicts with other installed code or server settings (2) If restoration is needed, website will be restored to the latest viable back up available (3) 1 month (30 days) of backups (4) DMARC reporting requires pre-configuration and a host that provides support for the protocols.
Terms of Service
Please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions that govern the use of our care plans. By purchasing a care plan from 7th Circle Designs, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms.
Care Plan Subscription
1.1 Non-Transferable: Care plans are non-transferable. In the event of a change in site ownership, the new site owner must acquire a new care plan.
1.2 Billing Cycle: You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis according to the subscription plan you have selected.
1.3 Automatic Renewal: At the end of each Billing Cycle, your care plan will automatically renew under the same conditions, unless you choose to cancel it or 7th Circle Designs cancels it.
1.4 Cancellation: You may cancel your care plan renewal with a 30-day notice either through your online account management page or by using the contact form provided on our website.
1.5 Payment Information: To process payments for your care plan, you must provide 7th Circle Designs with accurate and complete billing information, including full name, address, state, postal or zip code, telephone number, and valid payment method details. By submitting such payment information, you authorize 7th Circle Designs to charge all care plan fees incurred through your account to the provided payment instrument.
1.6 Termination: If automatic billing fails for any reason, 7th Circle Designs reserves the right to terminate your access to the service immediately.
Permission and Confidentiality
2.1 Access Grant: By purchasing a care plan, the client grants 7th Circle Designs complete access to the web page listed above, including all necessary write permissions required for website maintenance.
2.2 Confidentiality: 7th Circle Designs agrees that any knowledge gained as a result of this relationship shall remain strictly confidential.
2.3 Client’s Materials: All materials accessed by 7th Circle Designs during website maintenance, including but not limited to logos, written content, and products, belong solely to the Client. 7th Circle Designs shall have no rights to these items in any way.
2.4 Ownership of Designs: 7th Circle Designs will retain ownership of the specific designs, including texts, graphics, and photos, created for the purpose of website maintenance.
Plan Requirements
3.1 Vendor Fees: The client is responsible for all fees related to their site through respective vendors, including but not limited to domain renewal, DNS, email services, premium themes, and premium plugins.
3.2 DNS Hosting: The client must host DNS with Cloudflare and grant 7th Circle Designs access to manage site records.

Billing and Renewal
1.1. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis, which we refer to as the Billing Cycle. The specific Billing Cycle will be determined based on the subscription plan you select during the hosting purchase process.
1.2. At the end of each Billing Cycle, your hosting plan will automatically renew under the same conditions, unless you choose to cancel it or 7th Circle Designs cancels it.
1.3. You may cancel the renewal of your hosting plan with a 30-day notice through your online account management page or by using the contact form on our website.
1.4. To process the payment for your hosting plan, a valid payment method is required. You must provide 7th Circle Designs with accurate and complete billing information, including but not limited to your full name, address, state, postal or zip code, telephone number, and valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize 7th Circle Designs to charge all hosting plan fees incurred through your account to the provided payment method.
Termination and Access
2.1. If automatic billing fails to occur for any reason, 7th Circle Designs reserves the right to terminate your access to the Service with immediate effect.
2.2. Hosting plans offered by 7th Circle Designs can only be used for lawful purposes. We will terminate hosting services immediately if your website engages in any illegal activities.
Permission and Confidentiality
3.1. As our client, you grant 7th Circle Designs complete access to the web page associated with your hosting account. This access includes all necessary write permissions required for hosting the site effectively.
3.2. 7th Circle Designs acknowledges that any knowledge gained as a result of this client relationship shall remain confidential.
3.3. Furthermore, all materials accessed by 7th Circle Designs during the website hosting, including but not limited to logos, written materials, and products, belong solely to you, the Client. 7th Circle Designs holds no rights to these items in any way.
Hosting Requirements
4.1. It is mandatory for the Client to have a care plan with 7th Circle Designs to ensure smooth and secure hosting services.
4.2. The Client is responsible for all fees related to their website through respective vendors. These fees may include, but are not limited to, domain renewal, DNS management, email services, premium themes, and premium plugins.
4.3. DNS hosting must be managed through Cloudflare, and the Client must grant 7th Circle Designs access to the Cloudflare account to manage site records efficiently.

Not Included (Billable Services):
- Calls or meetings for solutioning new features
- Email services not directly related to site maintenance, including:
- Marketing platform setup and management
- Google Workspace setup and management
- Microsoft 365 setup and management
- Advanced SEO services beyond basic optimization
- Pay-per-click campaign management
- Advanced Google Analytics reporting and analysis
Note: These services are billable unless an additional service package has been added to your plan.
Additional Notes:
- Support communication is limited to addressing existing site issues and maintenance concerns within the allocated break/fix and consulting time
- Any discussions or work related to new feature development will be billed separately from this care plan
- Email services, including setup and management of marketing platforms, Google Workspace, or Microsoft 365, are not part of the standard care plan and will be billed separately, unless included in an additional service package
- If the client supplies their own transactional email service, support and maintenance for this service are not included in the care plan and may be subject to additional charges
- Advanced SEO, pay-per-click, and detailed Google Analytics services are not included in the standard care plan. These services can be added as separate packages or billed on an as-needed basis
